At Avios Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience to every learner. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if the request is made within 3 days of course enrollment.
- No refund will be provided once the learner has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are not applicable for workshops, live sessions, or events.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to attend live sessions or classes
- Technical issues on your device not related to our platform
- Course purchased by mistake or without reading course description
Refund Process
- Send a refund request to info@aviosacademy.com with your registered email ID and payment details.
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
- The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
